ORDERING WITH A SCANNER
CONNECT YOUR SCANNER
To begin, connect your TE issued scanner to your mobile device or laptop. First, make sure your Bluetooth is turned on and your device is discoverable.
Turn on your TE issued scanner and find the scanner in the list of available devices. It should be titled, "C bacode scanner," select the scanner to initiate the connection. The scanner will beep once and the LED light will turn solid blue when connected.
If connecting for the first time, scan the bar code below with the scanner to initiate the connection:
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Click the button below to access the page and start your order. Begin by selecting the store that you are ordering for. Next scan the items' bar codes to the 'Scanner Sheet' tab and add the quantities of each item that you'd like to order. Feel free to navigate to the Produce tab and add quantities as well.
Once you're ready to send your order, confirm your store, add your email if you'd like to receive the order confirmation, and check the 'Submit Order' box. Once you receive the confirmation email, check the 'Reset the Sheet' button so that other stores can send their orders. Ensure the 'Reset the Sheet' button is unchecked before starting again.
